Refund policy

All items returned within 7 days are subject to a restocking fee of not less than 15%. Items returned after 7 days are subject to a restocking fee of not less than 30%. Returns are not accepted on special orders, custom orders, or digital products (e.g. tuning licenses such as MHD, BM3, XHP) once license details have been emailed out. All other returns are accepted within 7 days after the receipt of your goods. It is your responsibility to contact Gx Autosport within this time period to be eligible for a return. You must contact us for return instructions before returning the product to us either via eBay Messages or by email. Some items are to be returned at alternative addresses (other than our premises), therefore it is important you contact us for instructions. You will need to return the entire order at your own cost. All returns must be unopened, unfitted, and unused, in the same condition as sold to you, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns should the item not meet our return criteria.
