MHD Tuning Super License for BMW N55 F Series WITH MHD adapter – Full Tuning Bundle | Flasher, Maps & Monitor

The MHD Flasher for BMW F-Series N55 is a complete ECU flash tuning solution designed to unlock the full performance potential of your vehicle. Unlike piggyback tuning systems, MHD performs full DME (ECU) remapping while retaining all OEM safety systems. This ensures improved power delivery, enhanced efficiency, and smooth drivability without compromising reliability.

The system can be installed using a compatible smartphone, allowing you to begin tuning your N55 engine quickly and conveniently. Simply download the MHD Flasher app, connect via the MHD Wireless Adapter to your iOS or Android device and your vehicle’s OBD-II port, and start the process. Initial installation typically takes around 5 minutes, with future map changes completed in approximately 30 seconds. The vehicle can also be reverted to the original factory software at any time, with no initial backup required.

The Super Licence includes all available MHD features in one complete package (Flasher, Monitor and all OTS map packs included).

Flasher License:
The Flasher License enables full ECU flashing functionality using the MHD platform, including OTS maps, JB4 backend maps, and custom tuning files.

Features:

MHD+:
MHD+ unlocks advanced custom code and enhanced tuning functionality.

1. On-the-Fly Map Switching:
   Allows up to 4 selectable map slots within the same stage, enabling quick switching between different fuel qualities such as pump fuel or ethanol blends (e.g. E30). Each map slot can also be configured with adjustable power output, making it ideal for reduced power or valet-style driving. Power can be scaled from 100% down to 50%.
2. Antilag:
   Enables rapid boost build-up prior to acceleration while limiting vehicle movement. Activation is controlled via the cruise control RES button combined with throttle input. Built-in safety strategies include coolant and EGT monitoring, duration limits, and cooldown periods. Users can also adjust boost targets depending on their setup.
3. Switchable Burble per Map Slot:
   Allows independent configuration of exhaust burble behaviour for each map slot.
4. On-The-Fly Exhaust Flap Control:
   Control exhaust valve operation between open, closed (opens under load), or OEM behaviour.
5. Ethanol Content Quick View:
   Displays real-time ethanol content when used with a compatible sensor.
6. Motiv ReFlex Integration:
   Includes CANBUS integration for advanced functionality such as DME limp mode in case of injector errors and control of external wastegates.
7. Overrun “Brap” Sound:
   Adds a more aggressive exhaust tone during throttle lift.
8. No Lift Shift (Manual Vehicles):
   Allows full-throttle gear changes without lifting off the accelerator, maintaining boost between shifts for improved acceleration.
9. Port Injection Safety (PI Safety):
   Prevents lean conditions by disabling ignition in cylinders where fuel injection is cut, adding an extra level of protection for vehicles running supplemental port injection systems.

Monitor License:
Monitor engine performance in real time using a configurable interface with up to 8 gauges displayed simultaneously. Over 50 engine parameters can be viewed and logged in the background. Logging data can be saved to CSV format for analysis using the built-in log viewer. Log review support is also available.

Available parameters include:
Boost, boost target, AFR (lambda), intake air temperature, ignition timing per cylinder, coolant temperature, oil temperature, oil pressure, transmission temperature, HPFP, throttle position, wastegate duty cycle, RPM, speed, EGT and more. Advanced parameters such as timing corrections, boost targets, and torque limits may also be available depending on ECU software.

All MHD OTS maps by PureBoost:
A wide selection of OTS maps is included for the N55 engine, covering various hardware setups and fuel types. These maps have been extensively tested under real-world and dyno conditions.

N55 EWG (Electronic Wastegate):

• Stage 1 (up to 360HP/540NM) - 91oct/95ron, 93oct/98ron, 95oct/102ron, for stock cars. (not available for M2 and X4 M40i)
• Stage 2 (up to 390HP/580NM) - 91oct/95ron, 93oct/98ron, 95oct/102ron, for cars equipped with an upgraded intercooler or high-flow downpipe.
• Stage 2+ (up to 430HP/630NM) - 91oct/95ron, 93oct/98ron, 95oct/102ron, for cars equipped with an upgraded intercooler and high-flow downpipe.
• Stage 2+HPFP (up to 450HP/650NM) - 93oct/98ron, 95oct/102ron, for cars equipped with an upgraded intercooler, high-flow downpipe and upgraded HPFP (at least B58TU) REQUIRED.
• Ethanol Mix Maps (up to 480HP/670NM): Stage 1, 2 and 2+ E20 Maps for ethanol blends of 20% and ST2+HPFP E40. 
• Pure Stage 2 Turbo OTS maps (up to 460HP / 650NM) 91oct/95ron, 93oct/98ron, 95oct/102ron
