MHD Tuning Super License for BMW S55 F Series – Full Tuning Bundle | Flasher, Maps & Monitor

The MHD Flasher for BMW F-Series S55 models is a complete ECU flash tuning solution designed to maximise performance while retaining all OEM safety systems. Unlike piggyback tuning devices, MHD performs full DME (ECU) remapping, allowing precise control over engine behaviour for improved power, efficiency, and drivability.

Installation is simple and can be completed using a compatible smartphone. Download the MHD Flasher app, connect via the MHD Wireless Adapter to your iOS or Android device and your vehicle’s OBD-II port, and begin the process. Initial installation typically takes around 3.5–5 minutes, with subsequent map changes completed in as little as 19–30 seconds. The vehicle can be reverted to factory software at any time, with no initial backup required.

The Super Licence includes all available MHD functionality in one complete package (Flasher, Monitor and all OTS map packs included).

Flasher License:
The Flasher License enables full ECU flashing capability using MHD, including support for OTS maps, JB4 backend maps, and custom tuning files.

MHD+:
MHD+ unlocks advanced custom code and enhanced tuning functionality.

1. On-the-Fly Map Switching:
   Select up to 4 map slots within the same stage to quickly switch between fuel types (pump fuel or ethanol blends such as E30). Each map can also be configured with adjustable power output, allowing reduced power or valet-style driving. Power can be scaled from 100% down to 50%.
2. Antilag:
   Allows rapid boost build-up while limiting acceleration. Activated via the cruise control RES button and throttle input. Built-in safety systems monitor coolant temperature, EGT, duration limits, and cooldown periods. Boost targets can be adjusted depending on setup.
3. Switchable Burble per Map Slot:
   Individually configure exhaust burble behaviour for each map slot.
4. On-The-Fly Exhaust Flap Control:
   Switch between open, closed (opens under load), or OEM behaviour via the MHD+ live menu.
5. Ethanol Content Quick View:
   Displays real-time ethanol content when used with a compatible sensor.
6. Motiv ReFlex Integration:
   Full CANBUS integration enables advanced features such as DME limp mode in case of injector faults and control of external wastegates.
7. No Lift Shift (Manual Vehicles):
   Allows full-throttle gear changes without lifting off the accelerator, maintaining boost between shifts for improved acceleration.
8. Port Injection Safety (PI Safety):
   Prevents lean conditions by disabling ignition in cylinders where fuel injection is cut, adding an extra layer of protection for vehicles using supplemental port injection.

Monitor License:
Monitor engine performance in real time using a fully configurable display with up to 8 gauges. Over 50 engine parameters can be viewed and logged in the background. Logs can be saved as CSV files for further analysis using the built-in log viewer. Log review support is also available.

Available parameters include:
Boost, boost target, AFR (lambda), intake air temperature, ignition timing per cylinder, coolant temperature, oil temperature, oil pressure, transmission temperature, HPFP, throttle position, wastegate duty cycle, RPM, speed, EGT and more. Advanced parameters such as timing corrections, boost targets, and torque limits may also be available depending on ECU software.

All MHD OTS Maps by PureBoost:
A wide range of OTS maps is included for the S55 engine, supporting different hardware setups and fuel types. These maps have been extensively tested on both road and dyno.

• Stage 1 (up to 530HP/700NM) - 91oct/95ron, 93oct/98ron, 95oct/102ron, for stock cars.
• Stage 2 (up to 560HP/780NM) - 91oct/95ron, 93oct/98ron, 95oct/102ron, for cars equipped with high-flow downpipes.
• Stage 2+ (up to 575HP/850NM) - 91oct/95ron, 93oct/98ron, 95oct/102ron, for cars equipped with high-flow downpipes.
• Ethanol Mix Maps: Stage 1, 2 and 2+ E30+ Maps for ethanol blends of 30%+ and Full E85 Stage 1 and Stage 2 Maps.
