MHD Tuning Super License for BMW S63 – Full Tuning Bundle | Flasher, Maps & Monitor

The MHD Flasher for BMW S63 (F & G Series) is a complete ECU flash tuning solution designed to deliver maximum performance while retaining all OEM safety systems. Unlike piggyback tuning modules, MHD performs full DME (ECU) remapping, allowing precise control over engine parameters for improved power, efficiency, and drivability.

Installation is simple using a compatible smartphone. Download the MHD Flasher app, connect via the MHD Wireless Adapter to your iOS or Android device and your vehicle’s OBD-II port, and begin the process. Initial installation typically takes around 5 minutes, with subsequent map changes completed in approximately 30 seconds. The vehicle can be reverted back to factory software at any time, with no initial backup required.

Flasher License:
The Flasher License enables full ECU flashing capability using MHD, including support for OTS maps, JB4 backend maps, and custom tuning files.

Features:

Monitor License:
Monitor engine performance in real time using a configurable interface with up to 8 gauges displayed simultaneously. Over 50 engine parameters can be viewed and logged in the background. Logs can be saved as CSV files for analysis using the built-in log viewer. Log review support is also available.

Available parameters include:
Boost, boost target, AFR (lambda), intake air temperature, ignition timing per cylinder, coolant temperature, oil temperature, oil pressure, transmission temperature, HPFP, throttle position, wastegate duty cycle, RPM, speed, EGT and more. Advanced parameters such as timing corrections, boost targets, and torque limits may also be available depending on ECU software.

All MHD OTS Maps by PureBoost:
A wide range of OTS maps is available for the S63 engine across F and G series models, supporting different hardware setups and fuel types. These maps have been extensively tested on both road and dyno.

Stage 1:
Up to approx. 720HP / 900NM (F9x)
Up to approx. 680HP / 870NM (F1x)
Suitable for stock vehicles and those equipped with gasoline particulate filters

Stage 2:
Up to approx. 780HP / 950NM (F9x)

Vehicles with the latest BMW software may require a DME bench unlock to enable OBD flashing

Vehicles produced after 06/2020 require a FEMTO unlock due to updated tuning protection

AutoTuner unlock is also supported for post-06/2020 vehicles, including full MHD+ custom code compatibility
